Project Overview

After completing Phase I of construction in 2020, Catalyst was ready to expand and build out another six classrooms by fall, 2022 for a total of 18 classrooms to accommodate their full enrollment of 504 students. In early 2022, Catalyst closed on the necessary financing which also included purchasing their existing building.

Phase II renovations began in March 2022 and include six new classrooms, four single occupant restrooms, a new main entrance, and an onsite playground. As part of the project, Catalyst renovated the Phase I restrooms which needed updated fixtures and refreshed finishes.
