Project Overview

Summit Olympus

PCSD Tacoma Facilities I LLC (“WCSD LLC”), a Washington State limited liability company and wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific Charter School Development, Inc. (“WCSD”) has completed and delivered this new 450 student High School in the ‘Dome’ District of Tacoma, Washington. The new school is operated by Summit Public Schools Washington. The facility consists of three levels of classroom, STEM room, and administrative space, as well as the large open learning environments that are the hallmark of the Summit campuses.

The building originally housed the Salvation Army. It was constructed in 1929 and renovated in 1971. The building’s open floor plan lent itself to Summit’s programmatic needs and is located close to Summit’s targeted Hilltop neighborhood.
