Mera Baker Ramos
General Counsel
Mera is an accomplished attorney with a decade of experience as counsel to real estate companies. With an in-depth and practical understanding of a company’s legal needs, she brings with her a robust knowledge of real estate financing, development and leasing, as well as corporate governance, management and executive leadership.
Mera most recently served as General Counsel for a real estate investment firm that chartered the use of crowdfunding in real estate development projects. Prior to her legal career, Mera was an awarded high school math teacher in Memphis, TN. Her dedication to quality education and to PCSD’s mission is the direct result of her time in the classroom.
Mera received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, her Master’s in Education from Christian Brothers University, and her Juris Doctorate from USC Gould School of Law. She is also an alumnus of the USC Ross Minority Program in Real Estate.
