Michele Wray Khateri
Director of Fundraising & Strategic Initiatives
Prior to joining PCSD, Michele was the Director of Advancement at the American School of Dubai, where she oversaw all areas of advancement from fundraising to marketing and communications to special events and community engagement. Michele has worked as a fundraising professional at education, human rights, and social service nonprofits and has served communities in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey and internationally. Michele is an active volunteer in the fundraising profession, currently serving on the board of the Greater San Fernando Valley chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and presenting at conferences for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) in the U.S. and the Middle East.
Michele holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Scandinavian Studies from UC Berkeley and a master’s degree in International Affairs with a focus on Human Rights from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
